About

We are situated 20 minutes south of Margaret River and 10 minutes north of Augusta.

Our property is 33 acres in size, it has a dam just near the campgrounds which is stunning in winter. We have amazing views of the Leeuwin Ridge and the famous Karridale trees are abundant on the property. We have sheep and alpacas free ranging on our property. In winter, the open fire is a great way to experience country living, cook up your meal outside, toast some marshmallows and enjoy a glass of Margaret Rivers amazing wine selection.

Caves Road is 500 metres from our driveway. A short 5 minute drive will get you to the famous Hamelin Bay where you can pat the stingrays, highly recommended and a wonderful experience. We have some wonderful vineyards nearby, there are also tour companies that can pick you up from us and take you on an unforgettable day trip. Margaret River is famous for its fabulous wines, cheeses and chocolates. There is also amazing surf at the wonderful beaches nearby. The salmon run from March until early May and it’s an easy drive to go fishing.

If you are interested in walking the Cape to Cape walk runs right by our property. And from here you can explore the beautiful caves like Lake Cave and Mammoth Cave which are just a short drive from Boranup.

If you are after a 4 wheel driving experience, we have the famous Boranup Beach 5 minutes from us. The track to get their is very challenging but extremely rewarding. There are also many other 4 wheel drive tracks available throughout the region.

There is always something amazing happening down in the Southwest, the only thing stopping you experiencing it, is your imagination.
